The Annual Creator Expert Christmas Set: A Fire Station!

LEGO a few days ago provided us with the official images of the newest Creator Expert set arriving in October: the Winter Village Fire Station 10263. This is the tenth instalment of the Creator Expert Christmas line with the first one being released in 2009.

The colours work harmoniously to produce a very elegant blend. This set moves away from the bright red CITY fire stations and shines a spotlight on the historical and beautifully architectured design of older buildings.

A saxophone player was not the instrument I was expecting to see as an inclusion, but it's a great way to expand the musician variety in what has been dominated by choirs over the previous editions.

I certainly will be eying this set off when I see it in store. But maybe it's better to wait and buy it directly from LEGO and see what their gift with purchase will be.
